HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
FALLER Create allows you to design and modify your dream model conveniently in the web browser. Shells of building, roofs, facades and all other elements can be changed with a few mouse clicks. Simply try your ideas out and design your own personalized creations.
3D printing at various scales
Your modelled sketch is produced with all details by modern 3D printing process. Building body, roof, and selected decoration parts in FALLER injection moulding quality are all sent to your postal address so that you will hold in your hands your personalized 3D model within a few days.
Your FALLER CREATE model is easy to rework, paint or colour. Materials of component parts can be fixed with all current plastic adhesives and decorated with suitable model colours to your personal liking. You will receive all parts in the basic colour White.
You are the architect! For each model building space of the size 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm is made available to you. Within such space you may arrange one or several shells of building as large as you want. To design roofs and facades you may choose from various shapes and textures. Doors, windows and further decoration parts may be placed at will within a basic grid. On doing so, the software offers much room for personalized design.

Execute your construction project! The building model you have designed will be produced by the filament printing process, that is, built up layer after layer in three dimensions at the scale of 1:87 (H0), 1:160 (N), 1:120 (TT) oder 1:22,5 (POLA G). “Basic body” and “roof” are made from “PLA” bioplastic, each one forming a single component part. The selected decoration parts, such as doors or windows are manufactured from polystyrene by FALLER using the injection moulding process, and will exactly match the fully automatically calculated recesses provided in the basic body. The white basic colour of your model will guarantee perfect results during coloration.

In a few steps to the perfect building! After the conception and fabrication of your FALLER CREATE model all parts are dispatched to you in the basic colour White within a few days. Basic body, roof and the decoration parts you have selected are easy to process using any current plastic adhesive and model paint. Our recommendations for the different steps as well as useful tips and tricks are to be found in our How-to area.
The price for your FALLER CREATE model depends on the size of the designed building and on the number of decoration parts you have used, starting from approx. 30.00 EUR, the DHL costs for dispatch being extra. Once you have completed the design of your building and the number of decoration parts is known to the program, the price will be calculated automatically and a clear breakdown displayed for you to assess before ordering. The modes of payment accepted are the online payment service PayPal and immediate remittance.

FALLER CREATE is an online configurator allowing to design personalized building models which will then be manufactured true to scale by the 3D printing process, and sent to you.
The configurator will allow you to design your dream model in a few steps:
- Place the floor plan and stretch it to the required height, width and depth
- Choose and place the roof
- Choose building and roof structure
- Complement with decoration parts, e.g. doors, windows, chimneys, and many others more
Tutorial. While using the program you will get step by step all information you require as well as a detailed view into all functionalities of the design software.
As soon as you are finished with designing your model, you have the possibility to order it, or to store it up in your account to continue processing it at a later date.
In FALLER CREATE you will be able to generate as many different model buildings as you want – there are no bounds to your imagination.
Your building model is manufactured by the FDM process (Fused Deposition Modelling. German expressions: Nozzle melting process or Melting deposition). That process makes use of a plastic filament that is heated and applied with a thickness of approx. 0.1 mm layer after layer by means of a nozzle according to the structure you have previously specified.
Your model is manufactured at a scale of :87 (H0), 1:160 (N), 1:120 (TT) or 1:22,5 (POLA G).
Maximum size is 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm.
Your building model can be completed or complemented during the design process with plenty of decoration parts, among which e.g. windows, shutters, lamps, doors, gates, air conditioners, fireplaces, benches, hydrants, bollards, parking meters, barbecues, or plant tubs. All decoration parts are manufactured by the injection moulding process.
Design duration for your CREATE model is variable depending on the complexity of your building. You should allow for at least 30 minutes. Simply try it out.
The printing material used for the body and the roof is bioplastic PLA (polyactide). PLA can be fixed and smoothed using suitable solvents, is easy to deform using heat, and can be painted and coloured. Decoration parts, such as doors or windows are made of polystyrene by the injection moulding process.
The model is printed in the basic colour White. Detailed information on coloration can be found in our How-to area under menu point “Finishing”.
After the printing process 3D objects are generally subject to a further treatment (Finishing) that includes e.g. coloration of the model, for which we recommend using the colours of renowned manufacturer VALLEJO, reinforcement and stiffening whenever your design requires them or, quite simply, fixing the parts. To this end, any commercially available plastic adhesive will be suitable. For accurate dosing we recommend using FALLER EXPERT plastic adhesive, Art. 170492. You will find plenty of tips and tricks, and all recommended helpers under menu point “Finishing”.
Yes, you will require a user account to design your model or models, to save them, to open them again at a later date, to continue processing them, and to order. To register, you merely require an e-mail address.
Costs depend on the volume of the building and the number of decoration parts you will use. As soon as you have designed a building, the final price is calculated on the basis of the overall dimensions and number of decoration parts used, then a clear synopsis is shown to you before you place the order.
We accept payments over PayPal, credit card, bill or by immediate remittance. Production starts on receipt of your payment.
Made in Germany is most important to us. Each CREATE model is produced in Magdeburg.
Your model will be shipped through DHL as insured parcel. An overview of the countries to which we ship can be found in the Terms and Conditions. You will receive the relevant information on shipment by e-mail and will be able to follow the status of the consignment at any time.
Your CREATE model is manufactured as soon as you have ordered it and made payment. Production and shipment will take approx. 5 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
